Paula Jayne Luke and Dr Howel Davies.

Paula previously worked for two of the major competitors and Howel is a practising G.P in South Wales.

Q. If you could have a 5 minute phone call with anyone who would it be and why ?

PAULA - It would have to be Anthony Robbins who is the most inspirational person in the world.

HOWEL - It would have to be Mike Ruddock to thank him for delivering the Grand Slam and ask him if I could play outside half for the next six nations.

Q. What do you feel passionately about ?

PAULA - Handbags !

HOWEL - Welsh Rugby !

Q. What's your ideal Sunday ?

PAULA - My husband Neil and myself walking our dogs along the beach in the morning then Neil cooking the most amazing Sunday lunch.

HOWEL - Waking up and reading how Wales won the Rugby World cup the previous day. I might of course have a hangover !

Q. Favourite Restaurant ?

PAULA - Thai Edge, Cardiff.

HOWEL - Mama Amalfi, Cardiff bay.

Q. Favourite Drink ?

PAULA - I'm a Vodka girl.

HOWEL - A White Zinfandel in the evening. Very relaxing.

Q. And music ?

PAULA -  Ooh, at the moment I can't stop playing James Blunt.

HOWEL -  Rob Thomas to run to in the gym.
